Knits By Kris: Keep You Warm and Stylish

Meet Kristen Joseph! She has started her own business full of knitted goodies. Knit's by Kris is a small black owned business that specialize in crochet & knit designs. She opened shop in November of 2017 so the business is still fairly new, there's so much more to learn. The top seller for this past winter season have been headbands and neck-warmers. "We pride ourselves in being affordable and innovative! We just added shipping to our shopping options and we're looking for vending opportunity for 2018!" says the college student. "In 2018, we hope to have a photo shoot featuring our spring collection which will include tops, bags and so much more." says Joseph as she heads into the new year more optimistic than ever.

What's your go to outfit?

For the cold seasons I love to pair my favorite sweater with a headband from Knit's by Kris. They add amazing flare to any outfit without over powering my look. Plus, they're affordable so I have a collection to choose from.

What's your life motto?

If you don't build your dreams, somebody will hire you to build theirs.

Who is your fashion role model?

I would have to say Rihanna, not only does she slay every look, but her make-up line is shutting down the industry right now. I'm really thinking about investing in some of her lipsticks and for a girl with no make-up interest at all that says a lot.
